Is there a minimum order amount? ::
Yes. To place an order with Wireline.net, you must spend at least $75.00.
What if I cannot meet the minimum order? ::
The order must then be placed with one of our many authorized distributors.
I'm not comfortable using my credit card information online ::
Wireline utilizes the latest 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to secure the processing of all transactions at Wireline.net. This means that transaction processing communications between your browser and our web server are private and secure. To learn more about how Wireline protects you, please see our
privacy & security policies. For those who are still not comfortable entering their credit card information, just enter all information requested prior to credit card entry, then simply click the "phone in payment" option and call us with your credit card information.
What should I do if I have difficulty placing my order online? ::
For assistance, please call 1-888-POP-WIRE (767-9473). Remember, you can always place your order with one of our many distributors as well.
How do I know if my order went through? ::
As long as you provide a valid email address with your order, once your order is successfully processed you should receive an email confirmation, including your order number.
When will my order be processed? ::
Orders for ready-to-ship products recieved before 12 noon (Pacific Standard Time) are typically processed the same day.
What if I don't have a credit card? ::
You may also pay by check. Just enter your order online and select the "phone in payment" option to let us know when you will send a check.
Can I pay with a check over the phone? ::
No, we cannot process checks via the telephone.
Do you have a showroom? ::
We do not have a showroom, but several of our authorized distributors do. Please contact one in your area.
I don't want to pay for shipping since I live locally. Can I pick up my order? ::
No. We are not set up for will-call orders. All orders must be shipped from our warehouse.
What are my shipping options? ::
When "checking out" at Wireline.net, you may select UPS Second Day Air, 3-Day Air, or regular UPS Ground service for U.S. shipping destinations, or UPS Standard service for Canadian shipping addresses. Please be aware that due to the volume of online orders product availability can change rapidly. To ensure expedited shipping of time-sensitive orders, alternate colors or items may be suggested.
Do you ship to Canada? ::
Yes. Our shopping cart system can automatically calculate shipping rates via UPS Standard and Worldwide Express services to Canada. If you desire another mode of shipping, you can still input your order online and we will then obtain a shipping quote for you. Please note that we have no control over additional duties or taxes that may be due on items you import into Canada. Please consult you local customs office for more information on any applicable duties or other government fees.
