Our Policies
Order Information ::
- Items designated as Ready-to-Ship are considered stock items and will typically ship within 24 hours
- Ready-to-Build items have minimum order quantities and indicated lead times.
- We ship UPS (delivery in 1-6 business days), and common freight (when applicable) common carrier shipments are made through USF Bestway if LTL and JB Hunt in truck load quantities unless otherwise specified.
Payment Options ::
- Visa, Mastercard & American Express credit cards are accepted.
- House accounts may be established but are contingent on trade & bank references. Initial order quantities for house accounts must exceed $750. Allow 2 weeks for approval. Call 888-POP-WIRE (767-9473) or email customerservice@wireline.net for an application.
Inspect Your Order Upon Receipt ::
- Please open and inspect packages for damage immediately upon receipt. Call our customer service immediately at 888-POP-WIRE (767-9473) with any shipping breakage or fulfillment issues.
- Shipping damage claims must be made within 5 days of receipt. Keep all original packaging materials.
Return Policy ::
- Stock items may be returned 30 days from receipt.
- All returns must be pre-authorized through our customer service department @ 888-POP-WIRE (767-9473) and issued a return authorization number (RMA). All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original container with proper care taken to prevent shipping damage.
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the applied credit.
- Ready-to-Build and Custom orders are not returnable.
